Our programs are based on excercise physiology and sport science, and they have been used successfully by hundreds of international and national level athletes. Depending on your needs, we run the baseline tests we need, to objectively evaluate where you are, and design training programs accordingly. Truly individual plans to gain improvement in the areas critical for your sport and playing position, wether you are a goalie, or play in attack or defence.
